Being healthy just done not mean losing weight it also means playing more sports and being more up and moving instead of sitting at home and watching tv you can go and ride your bike and look around. Another thing that can help you is eating right like when you go out to eat with your family you can get a salad instead of a ham burger. That's what I learned.
